Returns & Refunds

13. What is your return policy?

We accept returns only for eligible cases such as damaged products, incorrect items received, or other approved issues. Return requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery. Products must be unused and returned with their original tags and packaging.

14. How do I request a return?

15. When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, eligible refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

16. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery and share your Order Number along with clear photos of the product and packaging. After verification, we will arrange a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
