Returns

We accept return requests only for:

  • Damaged products
  • Incorrect items received
  • Defective products

Return requests must be submitted within 5 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or worn products
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Products returned without prior approval

Return Process

To request a return, please contact our support team with:

  • Order Number
  • Product images (if applicable)
  • Reason for the return request

After reviewing your request, our support team will provide further instructions. Returns must be approved before being sent back.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received, inspected, and approved, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item).
